Virtual Behavioral Coaching Plans

Dr. Sarah Nicole offers virtual behavioral coaching to help parents of children with challenging behaviors. Through virtual behavioral coaching, you can gain an understanding of why your child is exhibiting certain behaviors and develop strategies to manage them. With the help of Dr. Sarah Nicole, you can create a positive learning environment to foster your child's growth and development. Schedule a call today and start taking the steps to create a better future for your child.​ ​ 3 plans are offered: 1. Eye on the Prize Coaching Plan: Within the Eye on the Prize Coaching Plan there is one primary behavioral concern. The function (why the behavior occurs) is identified, a plan is created,  and troubleshooting occurs to modify plan as needed. ($600 for 3 sessions, savings of $25 per hourly session) ​2. A la carte Coaching Plan: Includes components in Eye on the prize Coaching Plan with an option to address more than one behavior of concern and/or a behavior that requires more extensive analysis and planning, support with communicating behavior plan with family members (to include child), and/or support with creating supplemental documents (ask for details). ($875 for 5 sessions, savings of $50 per hourly session) ​3. Behavioral Grace Coaching Plan: includes a more intensive focus on the parent's behavior support needs. It provides time to space out sessions to provided time for progress and behavior change to occur. Often families use this opportunity to have "maintenance" sessions which allots the parent and professional several meetings that help fine tune procedures, confirm they are implementing the strategies correctly and/or receive support on new behaviors that may arise. ($1,500 for 10 sessions, savings of $75 per hourly session)

Cancellation Policy

To cancel or reschedule, please contact me at least 24 hours in advanced. I expect that if you need to cancel or reschedule your appointment that you call or email as soon as you are aware of the change. Conditions in which your session will be forfeited are below: 1. If I do not receive 24-hour notification of your cancellation and it is not due to an acceptable emergency. 2. You fail to show for an appointment 3. You arrive more than 15 minutes late to session. A forfeit of session means that the paid 1 hour session will not be rescheduled and it will be counted as if it were used.
