Cancelation Policy

To cancel or reschedule, please contact me at least 24 hours in advanced. I expect that if you need to cancel or reschedule your appointment that you call or email as soon as you are aware of the change. Conditions in which your session will be forfeited are below: 1. If I do not receive 24-hour notification of your cancellation and it is not due to an acceptable emergency. 2. You fail to show for an appointment to include arriving more than 15 minutes late to session. A forfeit of session means that the paid 1 hour session will not be rescheduled and it will be counted as if it were used.
